Research on Dynamic Performance of Independent Metering Valves Controlling Concrete-Placing Booms Based on Fuzzy-LADRC Controller

Motion control of truck-mounted concrete pump booms is an important part construction work. The quality the boom movement will affect efficiency and safety operations. To make move quickly steadily, its hydraulic system needs to be improved. In this article, we firstly combine independent metering (IMC) active disturbance rejection (ADRC). that controls meliorated by replacing traditional proportional directional spool valve with four cartridge flow valves realize IMC. Meanwhile, a fuzzy linear ADRC algorithm proposed for new IMC where linearized combined logic achieve better motion performance sections. According results experiments conducted using all six sections, compared PID algorithm, (FLADRC) in article can improve stability rapidity controlled cylinders 10.0% 66.7% different working conditions.
